Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with acute hepatic failure, chronic plus acute hepatic failure, MELD score 30 or liver cancer; (2) Patients who underwent liver transplantation in our hospital; (3) Patients who agree to receive blood group incompatible donor liver for transplantation; (4) Voluntary participation in this study with good compliance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous (within 5 years) or other incurable malignant tumors at the same time, except for cured in situ melanoma, skin basal cell carcinoma and cervical carcinoma in situ; 2. Patients with grade II or above myocardial ischemia or myocardial infarction and poor arrhythmia control; 3. Patients with previous and current objective evidence of pulmonary fibrosis, interstitial pneumonia, pneumoconiosis, radiation pneumonia, drug-related pneumonia, severe impairment of pulmonary function, etc. 4. Patients not considered suitable for inclusion by other attending physicians.
