18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 to 65 years; 2. Patients undergoing elective cardiac surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who do not consent to join the study; 2. Patinets who have severe perioperative infection; 3. Emergent surgery; 4. Patients who require high dose pharmacological inotropic support before surgery; 5. Patients who require preoperative mechanical circulatory support such as intra-aortic balloon pump or extracorporeal membrane oxygenation; 6. Patient who need surgical ablation; 7. Patients who undergo deep hypothermic circulatory arrest surgery; 8. Patients who have pacemaker implantation or PCI one month before cardiac surgery; 9. Patients who have a history of abnormal thyroid function; 10. Patients who have a history of coronary artery disease.
