Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. CRC patients admitted to our hospital for initial diagnosis and treatment by colonoscopy and histopathology; 2. Aged 18-75 years male or female; 3. Subjects clearly understand the purpose of the study, are willing and able to comply with the requirements to complete the study, and sign the informed consent; 4. The patient did not receive surgical treatment, in line with the primary CRC diagnostic criteria; 5. All the subjects were examined by medical history, routine physical examination and laboratory examination (including electrocardiogram, Chest X-ray, b-type abdominal ultrasound, liver and kidney function, blood glucose and blood lipid examination, etc.), and all indicators showed normal, excluding other major diseases, recent surgery or malignant tumor diseases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The patient's tumor has metastasized and cannot be operated on; Other confirmed non-digestive system malignancies; Suffering from other serious diseases that affect the test.
