Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. SHPT is uncontrolled by medication; 2. PTH is higher than 800 ng/L; 3. At least one enlarged parathyroid gland is detected by radiological examinations; 4. The clinical manifestations are typical.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Not primary parathyroidectomy; 2. The cardiopulmonary and cerebral function of SHPT patients are not tolerable for general anesthesia and surgery.
