Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects of ASA grade I-II; 2. Subjects aged 18-60 years, regardless of gender, 18 kg / m2 < BMI < 30 kg / m2; 3. Subjects with normal liver, kidney and cardiopulmonary function; 4. The patients living at high altitude for more than three months are those who live at an altitude of more than 3000 meters; 5. Subjects whose examination time is less than 30 min; 6. Subjects who participated in this study voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of their own diseases, drug abuse and alcohol addiction; 2. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction and electrolyte disorder; 3. Patients who need complex endoscopic diagnosis and treatment techniques (such as cholangiopancreatography, endoscopic ultrasonography, endoscopic mucosal resection, endoscopic submucosal dissection, and oral endoscopic myotomy); 4. Patients with sleep apnea syndrome; 5. Patients allergic to benzodiazepines and opioids; 6. Patients who can't cooperate to complete the experiment due to various reasons; we need to exclude this study and add new patients.
