18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the WHO1999 diagnostic criteria for diabetes (i.e., fasting blood glucose >=7.0mmol/L, or 2 h postprandial blood glucose >=11.0 mmol/L) and had been diagnosed with T2D; 2. Clear consciousness, good communication and no visual or auditory impairment; 3. Live in Guangzhou; 4. Volunteer to participate in the research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious complications; 2. People with too severe physical disabilities to take care of themselves in daily life; 3. Patients with malignant tumors; 4. Patients with gestational diabetes.
