Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of the patients was clear after hospitalization, and the patients got complete remission after active chemotherapy; 2. Patients and their families are willing to receive hematopoietic stem cell transplantation; 3. After pretreatment, the patients can be used for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients and donors were allergic to pegylated recombinant human granulocyte stimulation and any of its components; 2. The patient and the donor could not tolerate the pegylated recombinant human granulocyte stimulation.
