Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Compliance with Rotterdam PCOS diagnostic criteria and basal LH > FSH; 2. Compliance with the diagnostic criteria of infertility; 3. Mild oligofragile teratozoa in male semen can be assessed by a male physician for IUI; 4. Female salpingography suggests bilateral tubal patency (contrast-enhanced ultrasound or lipiodol contrast).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Combined with other systemic diseases, not suitable for pregnancy.
