18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Male or female, age at least 18 years. 2) Life expectancy is more than three months. 3) Histology or cytology confirmed stage lung adenocarcinoma. 4) A WHO performance status equal to 0-1. 5) The tumour harbours one of the EGFR mutations (Ex19del, L858R, G719AG719CG719SL861Q). 6) Patients with at least one measurable intracranial lesion and there are asymptomatic.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Mixed NSCLC with squamous cell; 2) If there are small cell carcinoma, neuroendocrine carcinoma and sarcoma components in mixed lung cancer; 3) Had received chemotherapy or EGFR-TKIS before; Who receive adjuvant or neoadjuvant therapy, and the time from the last treatment to recurrence is less than 6 months.
