Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All cases were treated in plastic surgery department of our hospital, and they were willing to receive cicatricial excision combined with intense pulsed laser treatment for at least one year; 2. The course of keloid is more than 1 year, the diameter of the lesion is more than 1cm, and the location is not limited. The lesion is red, firm and elastic scar tissue higher than the skin surface, without local infection and ulceration, and the deep tissue is exposed. The sex, age, course of disease and lesion diameter of the control group were similar to those of the treatment group; 3. The patient had no previous hypertension, diabetes, or mental illness, and had no long-term history of hormone therapy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria include the previous treatment of keloids with multiple treatment methods, local ulceration of lesions, and increased recurrence after scar treatment. Below scar tissue is important vascular nerve tendon tissue, which may be exposed and difficult to heal after excision. Elderly patients can not tolerate surgical treatment, complicated with hypertension, diabetes or other cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, mental disorders. Or other supervisors have no intention of surgical treatment and are not suitable for inclusion in the treatment.
