Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. diagnosed with chronic obstruction disease. 2. over 40 years old. 3. patient from Huadong Hospital ,Zhongshan Hospital and other hospitals in Shanghai. 4. sign informed consent and corporate with follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. diagnosed with asthma. 2. history of acute exacerbation due to COPD in last 4 weeks. 3. history of respiratory infection ini last 4 weeks. 4. diagnosed with disease related to immune suppression or take immunosuppressive agent now. 5. patients are unwilling to enter the research.
