Atopic dermatitis

Interventions

Early intervention group:Daily emollient at least once from 3 days after birth until 6 months of age
Long-term intervention group:Daily emollient at least once from 3 days after birth until 12 months of age
Late intervention group:Daily emollient at least once from 21 days after birth until 12 months of age
Non-intervention group:No or irregular use of emollients as needed

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Newborn within 3 days of birth; 2. At least one first-degree relative (parent or sibling) diagnosed with atopic dermatitis, allergic rhinitis or allergic asthma by clinical physician; 3. Postnatal Apgar score at 10; 4. Vital signs stable; 5. Informed consent signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Premature infants with gestational age less than 37 weeks; 2. Birth weight less than 2500 g; 3. Severe hereditary skin diseases or primary immunodeficiency diseases that may confuse diagnosis of atopic dermatitis or identification of skin lesions; 4. Poor compliance.
