Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. assign the informed consent; 2. aged 18 to 75 years; 3. resectable pancreatic cancer; high-risk pancreatic cancer patients should have pathology before chemotherapy; 4. no other adjuvant therapy or other anticancer therapy; 5. sufficient renal and marrow function; 6. sufficent hepatic function; 7. no fever, on evidence of infection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. malfunction of heart orlung; 2. Hb<70g/L or albumin<30g/L preoperation; 3. history of organ transplantation; 4. taking of steroid, immunsuppressive drugs or chemotherapy; 5. HIV; 6. suspicious of imcompliance or incoordination; 7. autoimmune disease; 8. mental disease or other defects; 9. unresectable pancreatic cancer or acute pancreatitis during operation; 10. could not follow up post-operation; 11. positive or HCG; 12. coexistence of other tumors.
