Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Acute cerebral infarction of middle cerebral artery occlusion; 2. no cerebral hemorrhage; 3. within 12 hours after the initial symptoms of cerebral infarction; 4. aged 18 to 85 years; 5. NIHSS between 4 and 21; 6. without thrombolytic therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindication of intravenous contrast medium; 2. contraindications of MRI scanning; 3. can not cooperate CT and MRI examination; 4. accompanied by other diseases that may have a greater impact on neurological function; 5. participants in other clinical trials.
