Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Criteria for anxiety disorders: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of PD and GAD in DSM-IV (MINI format test and clinical diagnosis by 1 chief physician); 2. Develop symptoms and have not taken any psychotropic medication in the past 2 weeks; 3. Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) score >=14; Hamilton depression scale 17 items (HAMD17) score <=14; 4. Aged 18-60, male or female; 5. Education at junior high school or above; 6. Sufficient visual and auditory levels to perform the necessary examinations and experiments for the study; 7. Exclude patients with severe physical illness, psychoactive substance abusers, suicide attempts, pregnant or lactating women; 8. Willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent. Health control inclusion criteria: 1. Eliminate the possibility of mental disorders through MINI type examination and a chief physician psychiatric examination; 2. Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) score < 7; Hamilton g depression scale 17 items (HAMD17) score =7; 3. Aged 18-60 years male or female; 4. Junior high school education or above; 5. Have sufficient visual and auditory skills to perform the necessary examinations and experiments for the study; 6. No family history of mental disorders; 7. Exclude patients with severe physical illness, psychoactive substance abusers, suicide attempts, pregnant or lactating women.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of brain injury or stroke, etc.; 2. Contraindications to MRI examination, such as metal implants in the body, such as pacemaker, artificial femoral head, postoperative body after fracture Those who have steel nails or residual metal pieces in their bodies; 3. Those who cannot tolerate MRI scanning environment.
