Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years; 2. Patients undergoing cardiac surgery scheduled for cardiopulmonary bypass; 3. The risk score of AKI >=4.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Peripheral vascular disease or vascular surgery history of upper limb; 2. The arterial pulsation of the distal upper limb was not obvious; 3. Raynaud's syndrome; 4. Chronic kidney disease, stage 5 (EGFR < 15ml / min / 1.73m2); 5. Acute kidney injury was pre-existing; 6. Gestational period; 7. Kidney transplantation.
