Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. For patients with high risk factors of cerebrovascular disease or with a history of cerebrovascular disease, the diagnostic criteria refer to the expert consensus on vascular cognitive impairment, aged 65-80 years; 2. Patients with subcortical infarction detected by CT and MRI; 3. Patients with MMSE score: illiterate <= 20, primary school education <= 23, junior high school and above education <= 27; 4. For patients with MOCA score less than 26, 1 point will be added to the test results if their education years are less than or equal to 12 years; 5. Patients with no previous history of dementia; 6. Stable patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cognitive impairment due to other factors (Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, etc.); 2. Patients with mental illness; 3. Patients with intracranial tumor; 4. Patients with severe hearing, speaking and visual impairment; 5. Patients with epilepsy.
