12 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Echocardiography showed that left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDd) > 5.0cm (female) / > 5.5cm (male); 2. Echocardiography showed that left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) < 45%, left ventricular short axis shortening (lvfs) < 25%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hypertension, valvular heart disease, congenital heart disease or ischemic heart disease (excluded by coronary angiography), pulmonary heart disease and pericardial disease; 2. Patients with chronic lung, kidney, liver disease, rheumatic disease, immune disease and tumor; 3. Patients with infection, diabetes, hyperthyroidism and severe anemia; 4. Patients with history of trauma or surgery, pregnancy, age > 80 years and poor compliance in recent two weeks.
