20 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with lung nodules undergoing surgical operations at the Department of Thoracic Surgery, Huadong Hospital, Fudan University from 2019 to 2020; 2. Preoperative chest CT examination of patients with suspected lung cancer; 3. The patient was pathologically diagnosed as lung cancer after surgery; 4. Patients who can obtain blood samples and tissue samples; 5. The sample is collected before the patient receives lung cancer related treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of cancer, patients with other causes of lung resection, patients with atelectasis, pleural effusion, multiple nodules, and patients receiving radiotherapy and chemotherapy before surgery; patients with blood clot clotting or hemolysis;
