Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Outpatient or inpatient; 2. Meet icD-10 diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia; 3. Aged >=18 years male or female; 4. First onset (course <=1 year); Or disease course of 5 years (5+/-0.5 years), 10 years (10 +/-1 year), 20 years (20+/-2 years), 30 years (30+/-3 years); 5. Primary school education or above; 6. Can cooperate to complete the test content; 7. Obtain written informed consent from the person or guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People with other mental disorders, such as organic brain mental disorder, affective mental disorder, etc.; 2. Severe physical illness or disease that may interfere with assessment; 3. A history of drug abuse or drug dependence in the course of the disease; 4. People with hearing and visual impairment cannot cooperate with the examiner.
