Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years old; 2. Clinically diagnosed as diabetic peripheral neuropathy; 3. After several oral medications, the treatment effect of peripheral sympathetic nerve regulation is not good.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Undergone neuromodulation therapy within 3 months before; 2. Neuropathy or chronic pain from other sources other than diabetic peripheral neuropathy; 3. Use opioids or abuse drugs or alcohol; 4. Blood coagulation disorders; 5. Known immunodeficiency; 6. Peripheral vascular disease; 7. Active ulcer; 8. Severe heart or lung disease; 9. Unstable blood sugar control (HbA1c change >=1% within three months); 10. Hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism; 11. Cervical disc herniation, lumbar disc herniation; 12. Those with a history of mental illness and those who do not cooperate.
