18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary stage IVa (pleural dissemination) thymoma; 2. Pleural recurrence after primary mediastinal tumor resection, and radiation to tumor bed <= 50Gy; 3. Aged between 18-75 years; 4. Tolerable of surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Large amount of pleural effusion; 2. Active lung inflammation; 3. With myasthenia gravis, not controlled with medical therapy; 4. Other thoracic malignancy history; 5. Received immune therapy (like anti PD-1 or PD-L1); 6. Received chemotherapy containing bleomycin.
