Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The clinical manifestations of dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans, melanoma, Spitz nevus and other skin and soft tissue diseases, as well as the pathological diagnosis were confirmed at the same time; 2. Any age male and female; 3. Vital signs are stable; 4. The subject or guardian has signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has identified the the fusion gene for skin and soft tissue diseases; 2. At the discretion of the investigator, the subjects were either untrustworthy or poorly compliant.
