18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants must have histologically and/or clinically confirmed Intrahepatic Cholangiocarcinoma with obstructive jaundice; 2. Expected survival must be more than three months; 3. Karnofsky >=60%; 4. Participants must have the PTCD and afterloading radiotherapy indications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants receiving any other investigational agents or/and treatment; 2. Participants with a serious medical illness which may limit expected survival to less than three months; 3. Women who are pregnant; 4. Local conditions or systemic illnesses which would reduce the tolerance to PTCD and/or radiation treatment; 5. Participants with serious psychiatric illness or social situations which would limit adherence to study requirements.
