19 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Between the ages of 19-80 years; (2) Able to comply with the requirements of the research and visit plan; (3) Volunteered to participate in this trial and signed informed consent; (4) Pathologically diagnosed as colon adenocarcinoma; (5) Clinical TNM staging is stage I, stage II, and stage III; (6) Patients who will undergo radical colonectomy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who cannot complete radical resection of colon cancer; (2) Patients with liver disease; (3) Patients who need reconstruction or combined organ resection; (4) Patients with other malignant tumors or blood and immune system diseases; (5) Any anti-tumor treatment before tumor resection, including radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and molecular targeted therapy; (6) After the operation, it is found that the branch of the mesenteric vein of the specimen cannot be obtained due to severe infiltration or other reasons.
