Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18-80 years; 2. clinical stage T1N0M0 Renal tumor; 3. who are willing to participate in this longterm followup study; 4. who are suitable for enhanced CT scan and surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Not be able to tolerate enhanced CT scan; 2. Not be able to tolerate laparoscopic procedure; 3. renal insufficient; 4. with previous renal surgeryof the operative kidney.
