Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) The potential participants were RA patients who met the ACR / eular2010 classification diagnostic criteria; 2) patients who had received at least 10 mg / week MTX for at least 6 months and were still active (DAS28 > 3.2); 3) patients without contraindications for rehabilitation exercise; 4) patients aged 18-80 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who had received intramuscular or intra-articular glucocorticoid injections in the past 4 weeks; 2) those who had undergone joint surgery or physical therapy in the past 6 months; 3) and those who could not provide written informed consent were excluded.
