18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-40 years; 2. Cervical cancer need radiotherapy and / or chemotherapy; 3. Not less than 3 days before radiotherapy and / or chemotherapy; 4. The patient or guardian want to preserve fertility.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. AMH <1.1ng/ml?AFC<10/HP; 2. Ovaries involved with tumor; 3. Patients with thyroid disease, rheumatoid, rheumatoid, Sjogren's syndrome and other autoimmune diseases; 4. The patient could not tolerate ovarian surgery.
