Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Consecutive cases of ischemic stroke in the Department of Neurology, Huashan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University were enrolled; 2. New stroke cases, no cerebrovascular events and related neurological diseases in the past; 3. After hospitalization, the condition was stable, and there was no obvious deterioration, progression or death before discharge; 4. Continuous follow-up within 12 months after discharge, those who can be followed up with accurate results.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to complete MRI examination, metal implants and claustrophobia in the body; 2. The image quality is not satisfied and quantitative analysis cannot be completed; 3. Patients with massive cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, brain tumor, inflammatory demyelinating disease and other nervous system diseases.
