Age
18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Early stage cervical cancer (stage IA1 with lymphovascular space invasion, IA2, IB1); 2. Cervical squamous cell, cervical adenosquamous cancer or cervical adenocarcinoma; 3. Aged <=65 years; 4. Without preoperative radiotherapy or chemotherapy; 5. All patients sign informed consent, have good compliance to coporate follow-up. (Note: The measurement of the maximum diameter of cervical lesions is subject to preoperative MRI)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with poor general conditions and severe medical complications that are difficult to tolerate surgical treatment; 2. Patients who have received pelvic/abdominal radiotherapy or chemotherapy previously; 3. Pregnant patients; 4. Patients with other gynecological malignant diseases, such as ovarian tumor; 5. CT, MRI or PET indicated extracervical metastasis; 6. Unable or unwilling to sign the informed consent, unable or unwilling to comply with the research requirement;
