Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. the patient was diagnosed as periodontits. And the periodontal inflammatin is controlled after periodontal treatment,BI<2PD<5mm; 2. There is at least one tooth with II to III degree tooth mobility in mandibular anterior teeth. X-ray image shows at least 1/2 bone loss with no endodontic or periapical lesion; 3. the tooth mobility of bilateral canine tooth <=I; 4. there is no lare tooth defect or tooth restoration in mandibular anterior teeth; 5. the mesiodistal gap of loose teeth <=2mm; 6. the patient has a strong willingness to retain loose tooth either for esthetic or pronunciation reasons; 7. the patient has a very good health situation and has no smoking habits.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. with severe and untreated endodontic lesion in splint area 2. the mandibular anterior teeth are snaggletoothed 3. the patient can not comply to the treatment 4. the patient can not perform effective oral health self-maintenance
