18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 years; 2. More than 1 NTM positive culturing result; 3. Histology shows evidence of NTM infection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unqualified samples; 2. Unqualified sequencing QC; 3. Patients with severe mental illness or cognitive dysfunction; 4. Subjects who could not cope with clinical observation and sample collection due to poor compliance.
