Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 1-70 years old; 2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of refractory tuberculous meningitis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Drug resistant tuberculosis patients; 2) Combined with other viral infections (HCV, HIV, EBV, CMV, HAV, HEV, HBV); 3) Pregnant and lactating women; 4) The informed consent was withdrawn; 5) The doctor considered that the subjects were not suitable to continue the clinical study; 6) Other serious medical diseases (severe respiratory and circulatory insufficiency, liver and kidney insufficiency, immunodeficiency disease, organ transplantation other than keratoplasty or hair transplantation) that may affect this study; 7) with a history of mental illness in the past; 8) Any researcher thinks that it may affect the patient's enrollment or participation and completion of the experiment
