Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 45 years old; 2. The erectile function of the patients decreased to some extent compared with the normal before operation, but still had certain erectile function (NPT monitoring effective erectile times = 3 times, effective erectile time >= 10 minutes); 3. The levels of androgen (T), estradiol (E2) and pituitary prolactin (PRL) were in the normal range; 4. The length of posterior urethral stricture was estimated to be less than 2.5 cm by urethrography and flexible cystoscopy; 5. There was no history of open urethral surgery; 6. Patients / family members were informed and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. They had a history of open urethral surgery or multiple urethrotomy or urethral dilatation; 2. There was a history of severe hypertension; 3. Have a history of diabetes mellitus; 4. There was a history of coagulation dysfunction or anticoagulant drugs; 5. Patients with liver and kidney insufficiency; 6. Poor compliance; 7. They had mental disorders or neurological dysfunction in the past; 8. Other researchers think it is not suitable to participate in this study.
