Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Han nationality, age between 19 and 24 years old, male or female; (2) regular sleep time (sleep time: 11:00 PM 30 Min; Wake Time: 7:00 AM 30 Min) , sleep time is in the range of 7 to 8 hours per day; (3) total score of Pittsburgh sleep quality index =26; (4) Body Mass Index (Bmi) is normal (18.5<=BMI < 25); (5) smokeless alcohol addiction or other substance abuse, no consumption of tea, coffee and other beverages; (6) understanding of the study, voluntary participation in the experiment and signed an informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) the presence of any form of sleep-wake disorder, including primary insomnia, neurological and psychiatric disorders such as depression, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, substance dependence, Parkinson's disease, and other neurological and psychiatric disorders; Abnormal sleep-wake Rhythm and absolute morning morning-evening type questionnaire (Meq)>=70 points or absolute night type (Meq <=46 points); Others such as shift work, sleep-related Dyskinesia (restless leg syndrome, etc.) , sleep apnea (Sleep apnea, etc.) and abnormal sleep hygiene, etc.; (2) other neuropsychiatric disorders; (3) the presence of any physical disease that is contraindicated by sleep deprivation, these include gastrointestinal disease (such as acid reflux disease, peptic ulcer, inflammatory bowel disease, functional gastrointestinal disease, chronic constipation or diarrhea, liver disease, digestive tumors, etc.), cerebrovascular disease, endocrine and metabolic diseases, other chronic inflammatory diseases (such as Rheumatoid Arthritis) , and bacterial, fungal or viral infections at any site; (4) refusing to accept EEG monitoring and venous blood sampling during sleep; (5) refusing to accept subjects who are sleep deprived all night or who can not stay awake for 40 hours and who do not cooperate well during the experiment; (6) pregnant, breastfeeding or menstruating women.
