Interventions
Experimental group:The test group was treated with KCZ-IL emulsion, and the subjects applied an appropriate amount of the drug to the affected area once or twice a day for 4-6 weeks.
Control group:The control group received the treatment of commercial preparation jintaoning cream
Subjects will apply appropriate amount of medicine to the affected area once or twice a day for 4-6 weeks.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. the patients and their families all signed the informed consent form, which was approved by the ethics committee of our hospital; 2. they all met the clinical diagnostic criteria of tinea pedis and tinea corporis and cruris, and were diagnosed by various examinations; 3. those with good mental or consciousness were able to follow the arrangement of medical staff for treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. pair of patients with drug allergy in the study; 2. those who had taken antibiotics before the study; 3. pregnant or lactating women, and those with a history of antifungal treatment within 1 month.
