Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Be able to understand and voluntarily sign the informed consent form before research; 2. According to clinical and radiological criteria, the diagnosis is clearly PFOA (Kellgren-Lawrence grade II-III) 3. Aged 40 to 75 years old; 4. The subject is in good general health and can tolerate joint surgery;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI>30; 2. There are serious and poorly controlled accompanying diseases; 3. Have a history of malignant tumor; 4. has contraindications for MRI detection; 5. There is laboratory evidence of HIV, HBV, HCV and syphilis infection; 6. Limited comprehension ability, unable to understand and cooperate with relevant scale score; 7. Poor compliance, unable to cooperate with postoperative follow-up and rehabilitation training.
