3-2:Mechanical curettage + root reduction flap

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients >=18 years old; 2. Receiving oral implant treatment; 3. Diagnosis of peri implant inflammation: mild, peri implant bone absorption 50% and no implant loosening.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Uncontrollable metabolic diseases (diabetes, thyroid diseases, kidney and liver diseases); 2. Long term use of hormone drugs; 3. History of facial radiotherapy; 4. Use of drugs affecting bone metabolism, such as phosphates; 5. Allergy to collagen; 6. Women who have pregnancy plans during pregnancy, lactation or within one year; 7. Refusal to sign informed consent.
