Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Under 12 years old; 2. Clinical diagnosis of nasal septum deviation; 3. Clinical diagnosis of maxillary transverse deficiency.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of nasal trauma and maxillofacial trauma; 2. Congenital malformations of maxillofacial development; 3. Those who have not undergone surgery for adenoid hypertrophy or tonsil hypertrophy; 4. Those who cannot cooperate with treatment.
