Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The informed consent form was signed by the patients undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia; 2. Patients with ASA I - III grade; 3. Patients aged 18-80 years old; 4. Patients with body mass index (BMI) (> 30 kg / m2).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient refused; 2. Patients with airway reactive diseases; 3. Patients with coagulation dysfunction; 4. Patients with nasal deformity or obstruction; 5. Patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease; 6. Patients with craniocerebral fracture; 7. Patients with maxillofacial deformity; 8. Patients with temporomandibular joint dysfunction; 9. Patients with delayed recovery.
