Age
18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged <= 40 years; 2. With strong desire to preserve fertility; 3. The pathological type was highly to moderately differentiated endometrioid adenocarcinoma (G1-2) or atypical hyperplasia of endometrium; 4. Pelvic and abdominal enhanced MRI/CT showed suspected extrauterine lesions or intrauterine lesions with any two of the following three items: Pelvic enhanced MRI showed suspected myometrial invasion moderately differentiated endometrioid adenocarcinoma (G2) suspected positive LVSI 5. Normal function of liver and kidney; 6. With informed consent; 7. Patients have good compliance and follow-up conditions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women 2. Allergy to megestrol acetate 3. Well differentiated endometrial adenocarcinoma (G1) or atypical hyperplasiawith no myometrial; 4. invasion and extrauterine lesions in enhanced MRI; 5. Grade III differentiation of endometrial adenocarcinoma; 6. The pathological type was non-endometrioid adenocarcinoma; 7. Pelvic MRI showed deep myometrial invasion; 8. Extrauterine metastasis confirmed by pathology; 9. Previous history of hepatitis, liver disease, or serious disease (severe liver disease, kidney disease, respiratory disease, heart disease or uncontrolled diabetes); 10. Unable to tolerate hysteroscopy or laparoscopy; 11. Hereditary endometrial cancer, such as Lynch syndrome; 12. With history of other malignancies; 13. With severe mental disease.
