Interventions

Intervention group:The intervention group implemented conventional VTE prevention programs and AI-CDSS auxiliary decision support. The explanation is as follows: For patients in the experimental group
Control group:The control group only implemented routine VTE prevention programs, including uniform VTE prevention knowledge training and a unified version of VTE prevention manual provided by the hos

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Agree to participate in the trial; 2. Aged >=18 years; 3. Admission departments are high-risk departments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with deep venous thrombosis or pulmonary embolism (ICD10 code) on admission; 2. Subjects who are participating in similar clinical trials; 3. Patients with expected hospitalization time less than 24 hours (patients have 24-hour admission and discharge orders on the day of admission); 4. Patients undergoing full anticoagulation.
