Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years old; 2. Weight 40 kg to 100kg; 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria for severe sepsis; 4. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women and lactating women; women aged 18-50 are confirmed to be pregnant after testing; 2. Serious primary diseases that affect survival (such as unresectable tumors, blood diseases, cerebrovascular diseases; long-term bed rest, senile dementia, long-term hemodialysis of renal insufficiency, etc.); 3. Patients with obstructive pneumonia, pulmonary fibrosis, alveolar proteinosis, allergic alveolitis caused by lung tumor; 4. Mentally ill patients; 5. People with allergies (>=two substances allergic); 6. Participated in other drug clinical trials within 630 days; 7. Those who have used banned drugs in the 7 days before enrollment (the banned drugs include: heat-clearing and detoxifying, activating blood and removing blood stasis and other similarly effective Chinese medicine injections, including Tanreqing, Reduning, etc.); 8. Past chronic heart failure, dilated cardiomyopathy, ischemic cardiomyopathy, coronary atherosclerotic heart disease; 9. cannot complete the study.
