Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Voluntary informed consent form was signed voluntarily, which met the requirements of GCP and relevant regulations. Male patients aged over 18 years to be able to tolerate surgery. Bladder neck contracture after surgical treatment of benign and malignant prostatic diseases had undergone a transurethral cervical incision, but the effect was not good, and it was confirmed by imaging examination. The imaging examination included retrograde urethrography, voiding cystourethrography, urethral ultrasound and urethroscopy; the preoperative urine control function was good; and the follow-up plan could be followed up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unable to sign informed consent; female patient or degenerative patient; patient not suitable for surgical treatment; other parts of urethra (bulbar urethra, membranous urethra, penile urethra) with stenosis; neurogenic bladder; pelvic radiotherapy history; preoperative urinary incontinence patients; any situation that may interfere with the results of the study or significantly affect the patient's participation in the study; patients cannot comply with the study We plan to complete the follow-up.
