Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18 to 75 years old; (2) Patients with end-stage renal disease who need hemodialysis and voluntarily receive training from doctors, nurses and engineers who have passed the examination; (3) The function of vascular access for dialysis was good, and the blood flow was more than or equal to 200ml / min; (4) Be able to manage themselves or have accompanying staff to assist in hemodialysis at home; (5) It has a suitable living environment for hemodialysis at home; (6) It has enough network conditions for remote monitoring; (7) Sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Homeless patients; (2) Failure to maintain personal hygiene; (3) Brain damage, dementia, short-term memory disorder, uncontrollable depression and mental illness; (4) Severe disability of hands; (5) Blindness in both eyes; (6) There was no permanent vascular access; (7) Patients without the ability to describe symptoms; (8) Severe cardiovascular disease leads to frequent cardiovascular instability during dialysis; (9) Pregnant or lactating women; (10) The researcher's judgment is not suitable for this study.
