Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Informed consent form was signed voluntarily, which met the requirements of GCP and relevant regulations. The male patient was over 18 years old and could tolerate surgery. The urethral stricture was single urethral stricture of penile segment with the length of 2-7cm. The penis skin was sufficient, which was confirmed by imaging examination and could be followed up according to the follow-up plan.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patients were not suitable for surgical treatment; other parts of the urethra (bulbourethral, membranous urethra, prostatic urethra, bladder neck) associated with stricture; penile urethral stricture 7cm; lichen sclerosus related stricture; urethral stricture due to hypospadias repair failure; neurogenic bladder; pelvic radiotherapy history; any situation that may interfere with the results of the study or significantly affect the patient's participation in the study; patients are unable to complete the follow-up visit according to the study plan.
