Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed by 2 physicians (attending or above), which meets the diagnostic criteria for depression in the ICD-10 mental and behavioral disorder classification; 2. HAMD-17 score >= 17 points; 3. Age: 16-65 years old; male or female; 4. Culture The degree is in middle school and above; 5. Have sufficient audio-visual level to complete the necessary examinations for the study; 6. Have not received any form of psychological treatment in the past 3 months; 7. The guardian or I agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe physical diseases and other mental disorders; 2. Brain organic diseases; 3. Severe suicide attempts; 4. Pregnant women or lactating women; 5. Bipolar affective disorder; 6. Comorbid mental disorders or accompanied by psychotic symptoms Dependence or abuse of psychoactive substances, personality disorders, mental retardation, etc.; 7. Receiving drugs of sufficient quantity and course of foot therapy and ineffective psychotherapy.
