Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18-85 years; 2) the experimental group: patients with preoperative pathological diagnosis of colorectal cancer, imaging examination or intraoperative pathological diagnosis of peritoneal metastasis. 3) Control group:Preoperative pathological diagnosis of colorectal cancer, imaging examination to exclude patients with peritoneal metastasis. 4) The patients can fully understand the informed consent form and sign the informed consent form voluntarily. 5) The functions of important organs (including heart, liver, kidney) are sufficient and can tolerate the risk of operation and anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with tumor bleeding; 2) Patients with moderate to large ascites; 3) Unable to obtain surgical or puncture tissue samples; 4) Previous history of malignant tumors.
