20 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathological diagnosis of colorectal cancer adenocarcinoma; 2. Unresectable metastases besides asymptomatic or mild primary tumors; 3. No prior treatment for metastases; 4. All patients with complete clinical and ollow-up data; 5. Aged 20~75 years; 6. Existing measurable objective tumor lesions which could be evaluated with RECIST 1.1 criteria; 7. ECOG (Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group) 0-1 and expected survival period for 6 months or more; 8. Good-enough functions of heart, liver, kidneylungs and bone marrow; 9. Informed consent must be signed by patients and/or their legal guardians..
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis with brain metastasis or bone metastasis; 2. Diagnosis with a history of tumor other than colorectal cance; 3. Requirement of operation intervention for perforation, bleeding and obstruction of intestinal cavity; 4. Follow-up data and medical history are incomplete; 5. Diagnosis with severe underlying diseses, such as severe organ dysfunction and infection, etc.; 6. Poor compliant patients.
