Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Clinically diagnosed with ICE syndrome (advanced) or Fuchs endothelial dystrophy or corneal endothelial decompensation, which meets all diagnostic criteria; 2) aged 18 to 70 years old; 3) voluntary cornea Transplant treatment and sign the surgical consent form with the doctor. Adults are signed by the patients themselves, and minors are signed by their legal representatives. Adults with poor eyesight who cannot sign can be signed by the client, and the patients themselves will be confirmed by fingerprints; 4) Females of childbearing age are not during regular holidays.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) those with other ocular diseases; 2) those with systemic diseases, especially autoimmune diseases; 3) those with a history of internal eye surgery; 4) those who are pregnant; 5) Those who cannot cooperate or tolerate the operation.
